8 bedroom youth Crisis Refuge for 15-25 years (24hrs/day x 365 days per year)
Supported Housing Outreach and Tenancy (SHOT)
Support to young tenants in community housing (11 currently set aside for youth)
Early intervention support to people 12 to 18 years (and up to 25 years) to prevent crisis.
Early intervention program for young people aged 12 to 18 years to assist family reconciliation and avoid homelessness - services City of Albany, Shire of Denmark and Shire of Plantagenet. This includes an Outreach Worker, an Aboriginal Engagement Specialist and a specialist family mediation and counselling service.
A supportive environment for disadvantaged and marginalised young people to participate in art and cultural activities.
