Reconnect
Reconnect is a community based early intervention program for young people aged 12 to 18 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
The program employs an outreach worker and an Aboriginal Engagement Specialist to assist family reconciliation where practicable and assist the clients to engage in employment, education, training and the community. In addition, the program funds a specialist family mediation and counselling service.
Funded by the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs.
