Supported Housing Outreach and Tenancy (SHOT)
A full-time outreach Youth Worker is employed by Albany Youth Support Association to support young people who are either tenants in community housing (11 currently set aside for youth in the Albany), or to help other young people find suitable private accommodation (either boarding or renting).
Referrals are accepted from partner agencies or individuals.
